Working under the broad direction of the Manager, Student Communications and Events, the Deputy Manager, Student Events applies an in-depth knowledge of event management strategies and advice to increase the visibility and awareness of work undertaken within the portfolio supporting the strategic objectives of the University and the Deputy-Vice Chancellor (Education) portfolio. This role requires a holistic and collaborative approach to supporting the work of the entire portfolio including the planning, coordination and execution of event projects, and supports the implementation of various local and University-wide initiatives.
