About the team
Join the Workforce Planning & Strategy team within People & Culture at the Department of Customer Service. We're a collaborative team that supports the organisation in building a future-ready workforce. You'll work closely with business leaders, change teams, and HR partners to deliver innovative organisational design solutions that drive transformation and improve service delivery across NSW.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Demonstrated experience in organisational design, workforce planning, or strategic HR within a complex organisation
* Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate across diverse groups
* Proven ability to use data and evidence to inform structural decisions and improve workforce outcomes
* Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes in a dynamic environment
* A collaborative mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation
