About The Role

We are seeking enthusiastic, caring individuals interested in a career in aged care for multiple part-time traineeship opportunities at our Aged Care Centre in Marco Polo Woonona.

This program lasts at least 24 months and involves completing a Certificate III in Individual Support through ITeC Academy, combined with on-the-job experience and secure employment in a growing industry.


To Be Successful You Will Have

* A commitment to undertake the Certificate III in Individual Support qualification.
* The ability to commit to at least 20 hours per week, including work and study, with availability on Tuesdays for study.
* A big heart—empathetic, adaptable, and passionate about supporting older Australians.
* A desire to start a career in aged care, with flexibility to work shifts including weekends, late afternoons, and evenings.


To Be Eligible For a Traineeship Candidates Must

* Be living or working in NSW.
* Be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.
* Not have already completed or started studying a Certificate III in Individual Support or similar (higher qualifications like Certificate IV or Bachelor are not eligible).
* Have basic internet knowledge and access to the internet.
* Be able to use a computer and possess basic digital literacy skills.
* Have basic reading and writing skills to answer assessment questions.
* Own a computer or device to complete course requirements.
