* Support delivery operations and enter relevant data into the system
* Respond promptly to customer queries and requests, providing accurate information and solutions
* Reconcile daily invoice activities and ensure accuracy
* Provide regular customer reports and updates
* Check and authenticate supplier invoices to prevent errors
* Daily reconcile interstate transport movements to maintain accuracy
* Perform housekeeping tasks to ensure site and surroundings are clean and organized
* Manage stock take activities and customer requirements with attention to detail
* Capture customer feedback to improve services
This role requires a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and achieving high standards of quality. You must be able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
