The Role:
* Portfolio of only 160 properties with dedicated assistant
* WFH weekly - NO out of office
* All out of office support
* No trust accounting or invoicing
* Process and follow up on maintenance orders
* Prepare CMA's for lease renewals
* Lease renewals
* Manage arrears
* Liaise with owners and tenants
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Previous Property Management experience
* A current Certificate of Registration is essential
* A valid driver's license
* Strong Communication and organisation skills are a MUST
* Previous experience using PropertyME software advantageous
