Dreamworld is home to the biggest thrill rides on the planet We're offering a unique and diverse opportunity for a qualified Mechanical Fitter to join our Engineering team and help keep the fun running smoothly behind the scenes.
What's the role?
As a Mechanical Fitter, you'll be responsible for maintaining, servicing, and repairing rides, plant, and equipment across Dreamworld. This role is hands‑on, fast‑paced, and critical to ensuring our guests continue to have safe and unforgettable experiences.
What We're Looking For
To be considered, you must be a qualified Mechanical Fitter with a minimum of five years post‑trade experience and a solid background in industrial maintenance. Strong diagnostic and repair skills in the following areas are essential:
* Hydraulic and pneumatic systems
* Pumps and dewatering systems
* Heavy fixed plant repair
* Welding and fabrication experience
* A current manual driver's licence
* EWP and forklift licences would be a bonus
