Job Description:
The Sales Team Member will be responsible for greeting customers and taking orders, assisting customers with product selection, resolving customer issues, processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling returns and exchanges, and ensuring the counter/customer service area is stocked, organised, neat and tidy.
