Family Dispute Resolution Specialist
Introduction:
A dedicated Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner is required to provide services to couples and families who are separating or separated. The primary purpose of this role is to facilitate negotiations for parenting and/or property arrangements, as well as assisting families in focusing on the best interests of children and young people throughout any ongoing family conflict.

Requirements:
• A tertiary qualification and relevant experience in the areas of social sciences, psychology or law.
• Experience working with families with complex needs
• An understanding of the impacts of family separation on children
• Highly developed negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Professionalism and strong work ethic
• Experience in risk assessment and mitigation
