Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Learning and Development Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing learning programs that enhance employee skills and drive organizational growth.Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps across the organizationDesign and develop engaging learning content, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, and blended learning programsImplement and manage learning initiatives using various delivery methods and platformsCollaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to create effective training materialsEvaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvementManage the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure its optimal utilizationStay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and developmentFacilitate training sessions and workshops as neededDevelop and maintain training documentation, including user guides and standard operating proceduresSupport the onboarding process by designing and delivering new hire orientation programs Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field3-5 years of experience in learning and development or a similar roleProficiency in instructional design methodologies and e-learning authoring toolsStrong knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and their administrationExcellent presentation and facilitation skillsProven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in data analysis and reportingKnowledge of adult learning principles and corporate training methodologiesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentRelevant L&D certifications (e.g., ATD, SHRM) preferredFamiliarity with Saudi Arabian work culture and business practices is a plus Additional Information Your team and working environment:Join our dynamic and collaborative Learning & Development team, where innovation, continuous improvement, and employee growth are at the heart of what we do.
