This autonomous role will allow you to develop your problem solving and dispute resolution abilities through an interesting and diverse workload.As a Civil Enforcement Specialist in the WA Bailiff Office and Civil Enforcement Team, you will be responsible for the collections on outstanding Magistrate Court matters, data entry, effective scheduling of field agent services, handling inbound and outbound calls, helping with document preparation for our field agents and other ad hoc tasks.What you need to succeed:Processing, data accuracy and method retention skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsThe ability to multi-taskand meet competing deadlinesStrong ability to remain assertive and empathetic with customersProficiency in desktop applications such as Outlook, Word and ExcelWhat we can offer you!
