Position OverviewPodiatrist – Mount Isa, Queensland.

Practice information: This organisation has been providing culturally competent allied health, aged care, mental health, and wellbeing services for over 30 years, servicing more than 50 remote and rural Queensland communities.ResponsibilitiesAssess and treat a wide range of foot conditions, including those related to diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, and peripheral vascular disease.Provide education to patients on disease prevention, healthy lifestyle choices, and disability management.Collaborate with specialists to develop comprehensive care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for patients.Conduct outreach travel with occasional overnight stays to surrounding communities.All work-related travel expenses are subsidised.Qualifications & ExperienceCurrent registration with AHPRA, or eligibility to obtain registration.A relevant Podiatry qualification.Current, unrestricted 'C' class Australian Driver's License.The right to live and work in Australia.BenefitsBase salary: $80,445 (commensurate with experience).
