About the Role
An opportunity has arisen for highly motivated Night Receival Officers to join our fresh produce business in a part-time capacity within Canning Vale Markets. We are looking for team members who will provide administration and warehouse logistics services support for the receival of fresh produce through our warehouse.
The ideal candidates will be both effective, with good computer skills and able to work in a busy warehouse environment.
The roles are rostered over 6 days per week Monday to Saturday, based in Canning Vale with a range of shifts available; eg 4pm to 10pm.
Typical duties will include but not be limited to:
- Checking of incoming product
- Receipting fresh produce into the system
- Scanning documentation
- Warehousing stock and order management
- Stock count and stocktake
- Data entry
- Pallet management
- General administration duties
To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following:
- Good organisational skills
- High attention to detail
- 1-2 years administration experience
- Excellent written oral and communication skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office & Microsoft Excel
- Part-time 3 days/week, Monday, Wednesday & Friday or Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday - flexible
- Afternoon Shift - 4pm to 10pm
- Forklift licence and drivers licence is essential
This role is suited to someone who is looking to work in the afternoons within a small team.
