Human Resources Leader Role

Requirements:
* Proven experience in human resources generalist roles with a strong focus on employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.
* Experience with performance management, grievance resolution, and conflict resolution.
* Excellent relationship-building, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
* Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Passion for building strong relationships with internal clients, peers, and teams.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records, reports, and databases.
