About the Role:
As Venue Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the business across bar, food, gaming, and functions. You will lead from the front, driving service standards, financial performance, and team engagement.
Key responsibilities include:
* Full P&L accountability and budget management
* Leading, training, and developing department heads and staff
* Driving revenue across food, beverage, and gaming
* Managing compliance, licensing, and WHS standards
* Building strong relationships within the local community
Your Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience as a Venue Manager or strong Assistant Venue Manager ready to step up
* Background in high-volume pub or hotel operations
* Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L
* Leadership style that is hands-on and team-focused
* Sound knowledge of gaming, liquor licensing, and compliance
* Ability to thrive in a regional environment
