What will you do?:
A day in the life of our Store Managers is incredibly diverse, but will encompass some of the following:
Being strategic and creative in your approach to achieving positive financial results.
Leading your team to deliver amazing visual merchandising and an outstanding experience to our customers.
Fostering a fun and engaging workplace where the team is inspired to work to their highest potential.
Building your team's capability through coaching, development and succession planning.
Overall accountability for upholding a store with a strong safety and compliance focus.
Lead the Target vision, strategy and values within the team and across the organisation.
What are we looking for?:
