You will be joining a growing PM consultancy and developer with under 20 staff members. Due to an ever-growing pipeline of work, the company is expanding its team.
This firm offers project and development management across various sectors, such as multi-residential, data centre, commercial, industrial, mixed-use and childcare projects. They pride themselves on an excellent standard of service to clients and view themselves as project leaders to ensure successful project completion.
Your New Role:
You will be joining the team as a Project/Development Manager, taking a lead role in managing projects throughout the complete project lifecycle. This will provide exposure to both development and project management.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing project plans and timelines, including project objectives, deliverables and milestones.
* Managing project teams and coordinating efforts to ensure timely project completion.
* Communicating with clients to understand their needs and objectives, ensuring the project meets expectations.
* Managing project budgets and financials, tracking costs and managing finances.
* Identifying and managing project risks, developing risk management plans.
* Managing project change requests, implementing changes efficiently.
* Coordinating and managing project testing and quality assurance activities.
* Leading project closeout activities, finalizing deliverables, conducting evaluations and documenting results.
* Providing guidance and mentoring to project team members, ensuring necessary skills and resources.
* Continuously monitoring project progress, making adjustments to ensure objectives are met.
Job Requirements:
To be eligible for this role, you will need around 5-8 years' experience in the construction industry, ideally with at least 2 years' experience in PM consulting.
