They specialise in landscaping design and construction, grounds maintenance, irrigation services, tree work, and minor civil projects.
Your Role
You'll lead a team of landscape tradespeople, ensuring top-quality delivery across a wide range of commercial projects, including:
* Landscaping design and build
* Grounds and garden maintenance
* Irrigation system servicing
* Tree services and mulching
* Minor civil works and site cleanup
Your responsibilities will include:
* Crew leadership, scheduling, and on‑site supervision
* Ensuring safe work practices and quality control
* Liaising with clients to understand site requirements
* Managing materials and ensuring project deadlines are met
* Mentoring and developing team members
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in commercial landscaping and grounds maintenance
* Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a landscaping or horticultural environment
* Sound knowledge of horticulture, irrigation systems, plant selection, and maintenance techniques
* Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with clients and team members
* Current WA driving licence (required); HR licence a plus
* Qualifications or certifications in horticulture, arboriculture, or related field are desirable.
