Asphalt Crew Foreman
to lead our close-knit team.

What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in asphalt laying and site leadership
* Sound knowledge of asphalt laying processes, equipment, and safety procedures
* A hands-on approach with strong communication and team management skills
* A commitment to safety, quality, and delivering great results
* White Card and current Driver's Licence (HR Licence highly desirable)
* Relevant tickets such as Traffic Control and First Aid are an advantage
What You'll Do:
* Lead, supervise, and motivate the asphalt crew to deliver high-quality work
* Plan and coordinate daily site activities, including plant, material, and personnel
* Ensure all work is completed safely, on schedule, and to project specifications
* Liaise with supervisors, clients, and council representatives as required
* Conduct quality checks and monitor site safety in line with company standards
* Maintain accurate daily records of work completed, materials used, and site conditions
* Train, mentor, and support the development of crew members
