Event & Video Producer: Bring Our Technical Stories to Life
We're looking for a talented
Event & Video Producer
to join our Commercial Team and drive the production of our most valuable thought leadership assets: live and on-demand webinars, live executive roundtables, and engaging video interviews.

At WF Media we work in key tech and industrial verticals, constantly looking for ways to deliver technical information in new media formats to help us engage audiences.
Responsibilities
End-to-End Ownership:
Manage all production aspects for approximately 3 webinars per month, including post-sale consultation with the client, sourcing keynote speakers and panellists, writing marketing material, dress-rehearsing, overseeing mass audience development, supplementing with your own audience development, collaborating with the digital team, booking a venue if live, delivery, and reporting.
Client Management:
Manage the client's expectations and work collaboratively from post-sale interview to reporting.
Technical Direction:
Serve as the MC during live events (not technical host), managing branding, introductions and conversation.
Speaker Management:
Recruit and brief speakers, manage dress rehearsals to ensure comfort with the platform and a seamless experience.
Post-Production:
Oversee editing/optimisation of recordings by the digital team for on-demand viewing; create short promotional clips for social media, executive summary, and reporting to the client.
Video Presentation and Production:
Prepare subject matter for news-style and split-screen client demonstration interviews, direct interviewees on pacing, framing, and energy, oversee editing and delivery.
Editing & Branding:
Direct the digital team on handling raw footage and applying brand guidelines (intros, lower-thirds, background music) to deliver high-quality final assets quickly.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Digital, Content, and Sales teams to align production schedules with campaign timelines and ensure content meets strategic goals.
Asset Management:
Maintain an organized library of final assets, production documentation, and technical best practices.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a hands-on role producing digital events (webinars, virtual conferences) and/or corporate video content.
Expert proficiency as an MC, able to manage conversation and deliver to camera.
Strong technical understanding of video production and directing others.
Excellent communication and live-management skills, with the ability to remain calm and problem-solve quickly during live broadcasts.
A proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality.
