About the Role

As a Claims Specialist, you will play a vital role in investigating medical and factual evidence to determine whole person impairment entitlements. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to progress strategies and actions.

Your Key Responsibilities:

* Proactively manage rehabilitation providers and approve rehabilitation plans/wellness plans in accordance with guidelines.
">
* Liaise with all internal and external stakeholders regularly to progress strategies and actions.
">
* Engage in employer claims reviews where requested and maintain regular contact with the employer, account manager, and/or primary claims specialist.
">
* Gather evidence and conduct investigations to assist in dispute proceedings and ensure timely management and support.
">
* Ensure effective management of key legislative drivers in accordance with the Act.
">

About You
">
We are looking for individuals with strong customer service, hospitality, or retail experience who possess great attention to detail and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also essential. Tertiary studies in allied health (occupational therapy, physiotherapy, rehabilitation, nursing, psychology) are advantageous but not mandatory.
