At Slipstream Brewing, we’re passionate about delivering an outstanding hospitality and dining experience at our two venues in Yeerongpilly on the south side of Brisbane, and Birtinya on the Sunshine Coast.

Certificate IV in Hospitality Management or Commercial Cookery (or equivalent).

Proven experience in high-volume restaurants or venues, with a focus on
exceptional food.

Leadership experience and a track record of developing kitchen teams.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional
under pressure.

Enthusiastic, adaptable, reliable, and passionate about food and teamwork.

Experience with an offset smoker in a commercial setting is highly advantageous
