About The Role
CBRE is seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Projects and Workplace Manager to join our team, working within a dynamic client environment. This pivotal role is responsible for shaping and enhancing the workplace experience for our key client across their national portfolio, ensuring seamless service delivery and contributing to the overall success.
As the National Projects and Workplace Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for managing and improving the workplace experience within our client's selected environments. You will lead the national minor works program, working in alignment with the broader facilities management team, and assist in the management of all aspects of workplace services delivery at a national level. This involves streamlining operational processes, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Service Delivery & Performance: Oversee integrated facilities services delivery, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and CBRE GWS business operating standards. Proactively identify and implement operational improvements across assigned geographies and account performance.
Operational Management: Implement and manage service delivery schedules within the client environment, adhering to CBRE GWS EA Operational practices. Manage FOH and BOH operational practices at key corporate offices, with a strong focus on delivering high-end customer service that aligns with the Client's Master Service Agreement (MSA).
Financial & Reporting: Collaborate with the Facilities Team to manage the Space Allocation process and align with client financial reporting requirements. Assist in the management of account financial requirements to support operational reporting at a national level.
Projects & Minor Works: Partner with the Facilities team and local site stakeholders to review, manage, and implement minor works projects across the national portfolio of client sites.
Vendor & Subcontractor Management: Provide operational support for the management of subcontractor purchase orders, invoicing, reporting, and work order closures. Manage the creation, assignment, and tracking of work orders to multiple technicians, subcontractors, and vendors.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a primary face of the account management team, fostering strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders. Provide operational support to the facilities management team, addressing daily operational needs and contributing to a positive workplace environment.
Compliance & Standards: Ensure strict compliance with client and company HSEQ policies and adhere to internal auditing processes.
Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance the overall workplace experience.
About You
5+ years of experience in Facilities Management or Workplace Services sectors. (e.g Hospitality, Front of House Manager, Experience Manager or Event Manager)
5+ years of experience reporting and managing operational budgets from a facilities standpoint.
Experience with trade management is preferred.
Demonstrated experience with Coupa/SAP Management is a plus.
Bachelor's degree BA/BS, Facilities Management, or a related field preferred
