Our client is a large mining organisation who are embarking on a process of moving to a Tier 1 HCM solution. The project will impact over 20,000 users and be the core HR system within the business.
Define the role and responsibilities (position description):
Provide support to the programme manager and project team on key project administrative, control and communication activities including working closely with project OCM team to assist delivery on the parts of the OCM Strategy through communications, processes and tools that increase the effectiveness of the programme team.
This role is a great development opportunity to work within an exciting Programme and build on existing project skills working on a transformation journey. Reporting to the HR Digital Tier 1 Programme Manager, you will:
- Administer project information portals including Sharepoint and Yammer sites
- Manage project documentation on MS Teams
- Act as secretariate for all levels of programme governance including content coordination, minute notational, decisions recording and action tracking
- Share relevant documentation and reports with project team members
- Provide information and regular support to stakeholders in line with OCM strategy
- Being point of contact for various working groups
- Develop in-depth understanding of project scope and particulars i.e. timeframes, financials, outcomes
- Understanding formal escalation and review processes
- Provide support to Programme Manager and Project Managers when requested
- Creating and reviewing of reports
- Knowledge of industry best practice
- Ensure project compliance with standardized processes, systems and tools from the AOE for project excellence
- Manage team logistics in order to facilitate workshops and project delivery for a global team

- Project coordination experience on global projects across multiple time zones.
