* Experience in professional landscaping gardening maintenance or property care.
* A friendly leadership and mentorship approach.
* An understanding and enthusiasm for working alongside people with disabilities.
* NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate (you'll be guided through this).
