Welcome to Eden Academy Seaview Downs. We are a child safe organisation, committed to the safety, wellbeing and empowerment of all children. Operating from 7am - 6pm, we offer a nurturing environment with natural play spaces, open‐plan rooms filled with natural light, and abundant age‐appropriate resources. With both indoor and outdoor play areas, we create the perfect setting for 100 children to explore, grow, and thrive.
About You - Our Ideal Early Childhood Teacher
* Passionate about early education, with experience delivering high‐quality care and learning

* Brings a strong focus on school readiness, guiding little learners with care and intention

What You'll Bring
* A Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or an ACECQA‐approved equivalent
* A current Working with Children Check
* Solid understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
* Full Australian working rights
* A professional, polished presence and warm approach
* A natural curiosity and confidence when connecting with families and the local community
* Demonstrated ability to deliver inspiring Kindergarten programs with heart and intention
* Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
