**Job Title:** Food Court Team Member
As a member of our food court team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the success of our warehouse operations.
**Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook a variety of menu items including pizzas, chicken, and soft pretzels.
* Ring up sales, collect money, and make change with accuracy and efficiency.
* Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to member needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
**Daily Tasks And Responsibilities:
Prepare hot food items such as pizzas, chicken, and soft pretzels. Slice pizza, put baked items in warmer, steam hot dogs and buns. Ring up sales, collect money, and make change. Place whole pizza orders from members at the counter and on the phone. Assemble and present order to customer using tongs to pick up hot food items. Follow department production and cash handling procedures and standards. Provide prompt and courteous member service.
Dispense dessert and drink items such as frozen yogurt, latte, and smoothie. Clean and sanitize dispensing machines. Maintain self-serve soda pop area, condiment table, and eating area. Bus, clean, and sanitize tables, sweep and mop floors, and empty trash. Clean and sanitize machines, work surfaces, floors, pans, utensils, and counters. Take garbage to trash compactor and operate compactor. Follow safety and security procedures.
**Qualifications (Industry-Specific Skills That Candidates Should Possess):
Education/Training: High school certificate or higher. Licenses/Certifications: Must complete Costco Food Safety Certification. Experience: Hospitality or food service experience. Knowledge/Skills: Customer service or comparable.
