Air Cross Solutions is seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our growing Queensland division, servicing commercial HVAC systems across Brisbane, the Gold Coast, and surrounding regions between the two.
This role is suited to a technician who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship, enjoys diagnosing complex mechanical issues, and wants to work within a professional commercial HVAC environment.
Air Cross Solutions operates across major commercial facilities including hotels, office towers, shopping centres, healthcare facilities and large commercial properties. Our technicians work on a wide range of mechanical systems including air conditioning plant, ventilation systems and commercial HVAC equipment.
As part of our Queensland expansion, we are building a capable service team that can deliver reliable, professional HVAC services to our growing commercial client base.
This role offers the opportunity to work across diverse commercial environments while developing strong technical experience within a supportive and structured service team.
The Role
This role involves servicing and maintaining commercial HVAC systems across Brisbane, the Gold Coast and surrounding regions.
Technicians will work across a range of commercial facilities carrying out preventative maintenance, fault diagnosis and repairs on mechanical HVAC equipment.
You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of workmanship, completing service documentation and ensuring client expectations are met.
You will work closely with our service coordination team and service management team to deliver reliable service outcomes across our client sites.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Preventative maintenance of commercial HVAC systems
* Diagnosing and repairing faults on mechanical plant
* Servicing split systems, VRF systems and packaged units
* Inspection and servicing of ventilation systems
* Identifying faults and recommending corrective actions
* Conducting airflow checks and performance inspections
* Completing digital service reports and documentation
* Maintaining high safety standards on client sites
* Communicating findings with the service coordination team
* Supporting minor installation and upgrade works when required
