The Role
You'll be at the heart of our quarry operations, ensuring material moves safely and efficiently. Your day-to-day will include:
* Hauling & Loading: Safe operation of Dump Trucks and Front-End Loaders.
* Production: Operating both fixed and mobile crushing plants (including sales loading).
* Maintenance: Keeping the plant running smoothly with basic maintenance and general housekeeping.
* Safety First: Active participation in pre-starts, toolboxes, and incident reporting.
* Continuous Improvement: Helping us find better, safer ways to work.
