Join Topdrill as a Business Development Graduate Analyst to support strategic planning, data analysis, and client engagement in a leading drilling services company.
Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitor industry trends using internal tools and competitor performance for strategic planning
- Assist in gathering and structuring exploration data (geological, operational, financial) with opportunities to apply GIS tools (QGIS, ArcGIS) for spatial data analysis and visualisation
- Collaborate cross-functionally with geology, operations, data, and finance teams to ensure data alignment and support integrated decision-making
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date entry of client, project, and market data into HubSpot; regularly audit and clean data to improve usability and reporting accuracy
- Support the contract management system to track contract status, performance, renewals, and obligations, ensuring compliance and data integrity
- Participate in strategic discussions and contribute to business initiatives and reporting
- Support client targeting and engagement efforts, including research, preparation of briefing materials, and involvement in early-stage client interactions
