The Role We are looking for an organised and outgoing administrator to provide a range of administrative duties vital to the efficient operations of the service on a part time, permanent basis. You will be the first point of contact for families managing enrolments, family accounts and the centre’s waiting list using the software XAP, some general accounting tasks, responding to email and phone queries’ and assisting the Director with a range of tasks including filing and record keeping. This is a permanent opportunity to join the service 6 hours per week on Monday.
