As part of the Faculty of Arts and Education, you will lead a school that is home to two distinct disciplines; Social Work and Human Services, and the Arts, with a substantial number of accredited programs and a significant regional footprint.Key areas of responsibility include: Teaching and learning strategy and quality Academic staffing and workforce planning Setting the Schools Research agenda Staff engagement, performance and development Course portfolio management and future development School budgeting and operational management Stakeholder engagement including accrediting bodies and external partners.
