We are seeking an experienced and motivated Duty Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires excellent people management skills, a strong understanding of restaurant operations, and the ability to work collaboratively with both front-of-house staff and the kitchen team.
Schedule: 4 days per week (3 weekdays, and Saturday, Closed on Sundays)
Employment Type: Full-time, 38 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth service delivery
* Manage, motivate, and support front-of-house staff
* Collaborate closely with the Head Chef, and Kitchen team particularly as our menu changes daily
* Assist in developing and implementing drink menus
* Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming environment for both staff and guests
* Ensure compliance with all licensing and workplace health and safety requirements

* Previous experience in a duty manager or supervisory role within hospitality.
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* A team player with a proactive and positive attitude
* Passionate about great food, service, and guest experience
