About the Role
The University of Melbourne is seeking an experienced finance systems professional to join our team as a System Support specialist in Projects and Project Billing. This pivotal role will play a crucial part in configuring, enhancing, and maintaining our cutting-edge Workday finance platform.
Your Responsibilities
* Serving as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving integration and production issues
* Configuring and building processes in Workday to ensure optimal finance solutions
* Coordinating with client teams on batch uploads and interface scheduling
* Developing and maintaining finance reports, dashboards, and analytics
Requirements
* An experienced finance systems professional with a passion for leveraging technology to drive operational excellence and enable strategic decision-making
* A relevant tertiary qualification and Workday certifications
* Proven experience in Workday Projects implementation and optimisation
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
