About the Client Our client is a Federal Government agency tasked with supporting a better life for hundreds of thousands of Australians living with disability, along with their families and carers. They are currently seeking Capability Partners – Facilitators to join their team on a 12-month temporary assignment. 
About the Role As an APS5 Capability Partner – Facilitator, you will play a key role in building and strengthening workforce capability within Service Delivery. This role is responsible for facilitating workplace learning, supporting staff development, and ensuring frontline teams are equipped to deliver quality outcomes. 
Your key duties will include: 
- Delivering workplace education using learning artefacts, in-person, virtually, and through recordings.
- Creating supportive learning environments that encourage engagement and participation.
- Guiding learners through course content and linking theory to practice.
- Facilitating discussions and activities to promote reflective practice and critical thinking.
- Monitoring learner progress and providing timely, constructive feedback.
- Using digital tools, platforms, and the Agency’s LMS to deliver training and track development.
- Evaluating modules and contributing to continuous improvement of learning materials.
- Modelling integrity, respectful communication, and inclusive learning practices.
About You To be successful in this role, you will have: 
- Experience in facilitating workplace learning or capability development.
- Strong communication and engagement skills with diverse learners.
- Ability to adapt facilitation styles to meet different learner needs.
- Knowledge of digital learning tools and experience using LMS platforms.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Experience in government, education, training, or a related sector (highly regarded).

- Pay rate: $55.24 per hour + super.
