Venda Group Pty Ltd is a fast-growing provider of vending and automated retail solutions across construction sites, warehouses, offices, gyms, and logistics facilities. We own and operate a large fleet of vending machines and focus on reliability, technology-driven solutions, and strong customer service.
About the role
We are seeking an experiencedTechnical Specialist to install, service, maintain, and repair vending machines and associated electronic and payment systems across multiple client sites.
This is a hands-on technical role requiring strong electronic, electrical, and mechanical troubleshooting skills in a field-based environment.
Responsibilities
* Install, configure, and commission vending machines at customer sites
* Diagnose and repair electronic, electrical, and mechanical faults
* Service electronic control systems, motors, sensors, and payment devices
* Perform preventative maintenance and routine servicing
* Test, calibrate, and adjust electronic instruments and equipment
* Maintain accurate service records and reporting
* Liaise with suppliers and internal teams on technical matters
* Ensure equipment operates safely and reliably at all times
Skills and experience
* Minimum 1 year full-time (or equivalent part-time) relevant experience in electronic instrumentation or a related technical role
* Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
* Experience working with electronic equipment, automated machinery, or control systems
* Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical documentation
* Ability to work independently across multiple sites
Qualifications (preferred but not essential)
* Trade qualification or technical training in electronics, electrical, instrumentation, or a related field
* Experience with vending machines, kiosks, POS systems, or automated equipment (highly regarded)
Salary
Salary will be between $75K and $85K, dependent on skills and experience.
