About The Role
As a Maintenance Officer you will be responsible for the delivery of a high standard of property services, including repairs and maintenance, to ensure a comfortable and safe environment for our residents.
This is a permanent part-time position – must be available on Wednesday and Friday.

Duties
Identify and carry out preventative maintenance, repair and improvement works to the building, grounds and equipment in line with the Maintenance Schedules.
Ensure the physical environment for residents is in line with their preferences and is neat, comfortable, safe and hazard-free.
Landscaping and garden maintenance; general repairs and waste removal.
Oversee, maintain, assess and provide recommendations on replacement of assets as required.
Assist in the management of Property Services projects.
Ensure compliance with Work Health and Safety and Property Services Quality Assurance procedures.
Skills and Experience
Formal qualifications and/or relevant skills training or experience.
Experience in Property Maintenance and Building Works.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in Occupational Health and Safety.
The ability to solve problems independently.
