Senior Client Relations Specialist
Our organization is seeking a skilled and client-centric Senior Client Relations Specialist to lead and enhance our client service delivery in key programs.
This role plays a vital part in maintaining strong client relationships, supporting operational activities, and driving growth across key accounts.
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across all client interactions.
* BUILD and maintain strong working relationships with existing clients.
* Plan, review, and negotiate client contracts, programs, projects, and services under the RBS portfolio.
The successful candidate will have proven key account management and client service skills, demonstrated experience or working knowledge of client service operations, and a strong understanding of operational processes and scheduling.
