The successful applicant will work on high-end residential build projects across SE QLD.Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate finishing trades and subcontractorsDrive construction programs and short-term look-ahead schedulesMaintain quality assurance and oversee defect management to handoverSupport cost control measures and deliver works within budgetEnforce and promote site safety and compliance standardsCollaborate with site teams, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve issuesContribute to a high-performing and positive site cultureRequirementsRecent experience working on high end residential or commercial build projects $20million +Carpentry or Fitout background idealAbility to plan, manage and sequence finishes subcontractorsHigh level attention to detailWill have worked as a Finishes Foreman on several apartment projectsQBCC licence is an advantageBenefitsYou will be rewarded with a permanent position with a very stable and well-established company with a national presence.
