About the role
Roslyn38 Exceptional Dentistry, a thriving dental practice in Belmont VIC 3216, is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to join our dynamic team. As our Practice Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of our practice, ensuring a seamless experience for our valued patients. This full-time position offers the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our exceptional dental clinic.
What you'll be doing
* Overseeing all administrative and operational aspects of the dental practice
* Managing patient relations, including appointment scheduling, records management, and billing
* Supervising and supporting the clinical and administrative staff to maintain high standards of patient care
* Implementing and monitoring policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations
* Analysing practice data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
* Coordinating marketing and promotional activities to attract new patients
* Liaising with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure the efficient operation of the practice
* Continually seeking ways to enhance the patient experience and improve the overall performance of the practice
What we're looking for
* Extensive experience (5+ years) in a dental practice management role or a similar healthcare management position
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team
* Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care
* Proficient in practice management software, patient record systems, and other relevant dental technologies
* Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a solution-oriented approach
* Thorough understanding of dental industry regulations, standards, and best practices
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
