Achieve Something Great
Campbelltown Hospital is seeking a dedicated and motivated Administration Clinical Support Officer in a part time capacity to join our Children’s Ambulatory Service (CAS). This is an exciting opportunity to support a dynamic and motivated team delivering high‑quality, patient‑centred care to children and families across the Macarthur region. In this fast‑paced ambulatory environment, you will assist the Nurse Unit Manager and clinical team with essential day‑to‑day administrative tasks to ensure the service operates smoothly, cohesively and efficiently.
Your role will include responsibilities such as ordering and monitoring stock levels, entering updates into HealthRoster, collating data relevant to Ambulatory Services, and completing general administrative duties that support the functioning of the unit. You will also contribute through accurate minute‑taking, maintaining service documentation and providing reliable administrative support that helps the team deliver exceptional care. With some flexibility around rostered days, this part‑time position offers a supportive and collaborative environment where your contribution truly makes a meaningful impact.
Are You the Right Fit?
We are looking for a Clinical Support Officer who brings strong attention to detail, takes pride in their work and is committed to maintaining a well‑organised and efficient service. You will be a team player with a strong work ethic, able to take direction, interpret instructions and complete tasks accurately and reliably. Your ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with a diverse clinical team will be essential to your success in this role.
The ideal candidate will have solid computer literacy skills and confidence navigating a range of administrative systems and digital workflows. You will be adaptable, proactive and able to manage competing priorities in a busy ambulatory care environment. If you bring professionalism, reliability and a positive approach to your work—and you’re excited about supporting a service dedicated to improving the health of children in the Macarthur region—we would love to hear from you.

4. Capacity to work under broad supervision and to undertake a diverse range of tasks as an effective member of a team in a high-pressure, high-volume work environment.
