 
        
        TAE40122 Certificate IV in training and assessment or 
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment; or 
- TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment with units TAELLN421 (Integrate core skills support into training and assessment - Release 1) and TAEASS512 - Design and develop assessment tools (Release 1) 
- Vocational Competencies at least to the level being delivered and assessed in the relevant vocational area: CHC35021: Certificate III in Community Safety Services. 
- Current Industry Experience directly related to the training and assessment being provided. 
- Experience in your relevant sector with evidence of industry currency. 
- Positive public speaking and presentation skills to deliver training programs. 
- Demonstrated ability in working co-operatively and effectively as a member of a team. 
- Current experience delivering Vocational Education Training programs to Indigenous Students 
- Qualifications and or extensive industry experience within community services 
- Extensive experience working with Participants aged 18-55 
- Strong organisational and administrative skills and experience 
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence and negotiate with others 
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to achieve common outcomes 
- A current driver's license
