Rehabilitation Consultant Role
Kairros is seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team as a contractor. In this role, you will be an integral part of a close-knit team working with individuals who have sustained physical or psychological injuries in the workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct occupational therapy assessments to evaluate daily living activities, work environments, and equipment needs.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop targeted intervention strategies that promote recovery and return-to-work initiatives.
* Deliver expert ergonomic and functional assessments to improve life independence and vocational capacity.
* Stay up-to-date with various healthcare funding schemes and navigate complex regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
* A willingness to travel and possess a valid driver's license.
* Full registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency).
* Qualifications in Occupational Therapy.
* Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality services.
