The Position The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for students, parents, staff, and visitors to the School. The Reception team includes two Receptionists at the front desk who have shared responsibility for reception duties and recording student absentees, as well as assisting the School Nurse with First Aid duties as required. The role requires excellent communication, organisational skills, and a friendly demeanor to create a welcoming and professional environment. The position is permanent, full-time (8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday) during School term-time, approximately 39 weeks per year.
