Description

We're looking for an Intake Officer to play a vital role in supporting aged and disability clients to live well, with dignity, independence and community connection.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day referral and intake process
* Respond to incoming referrals and initiate contact with clients and/or carers
* Register clients in our client management system
* Provide exceptional customer service to external customers
* Liaise with relevant internal staff regarding acceptance, allocation, transition and exits

Skills and Experiences

* Exceptional customer service and a high level of professionalism
* Organised with exceptional time management skills and the ability to deal with multiple priorities
* Interpersonal skills that enable strong relationships to be built with stakeholders
* Strong computer literacy
* Self-motivated and outcome orientated
* Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information
* Previous experience in administration
