Commercial Brand Executive Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Brand Executive to join our team. In this role, you will drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and e-commerce initiatives.

As a key player in our commercial strategy, you will collaborate across departments to unlock new revenue streams, increase brand visibility, and ensure the successful execution of licensing and e-commerce initiatives.

* Manage and grow our e-commerce platform, driving sales through targeted digital marketing and social media strategies.
* Develop strategic brand collaborations to generate new revenue streams.
* Work closely with leadership on licensing business development, assisting in negotiating and securing IP agreements and revitalising consumer licensing opportunities.
* Cultivate and manage commercial partnerships, both existing and new, through competitions and social media partnerships.
* Oversee product selection, merchandising, and inventory management for our e-commerce platform to ensure a seamless customer experience.
* Work with the marketing, editorial, and design teams to create and implement strategies that align with our brand identity and objectives.
* Forecast and report on all revenue streams, including licensing, affiliate, and e-commerce.


Required Skills and Qualifications

* Proven experience in brand management, licensing, and/or e-commerce.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and affiliate marketing strategies.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and stakeholders.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong analytical skills, with experience in sales forecasting and reporting.
