About the Role
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end on-site delivery of D&C fitout projects, ensuring programs, safety, quality, and budgets are achieved.
Key responsibilities include
* Managing site activities from start to finish
* Coordinating subcontractors and suppliers
* Ensuring WHS compliance and site safety
* Driving programme outcomes and quality finishes
* Working closely with Project Managers and head office
About You
* Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial fitout projects
* Strong D&C experience across office and/or retail environments
* Comfortable running projects in the $1M–$8M range
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Brisbane-based or willing to relocate
