As a multifaceted advice firm, lending plays an integral role in the services offered to our more than 1000 clients. The lending division, led by Anthony, an experienced broker and business owner, is on the rise, and we're looking for a talented Broker Associate to join the team.
This is more than a support role, it's your chance to work closely with Anthony, get hands-on experience in broking, and play a pivotal role in helping the business grow.
What you'll do:
* Be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support
* Assist with loan applications, submissions, and tracking progress with lenders
* Manage client documentation and ensure compliance requirements are met
* Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and other third parties to keep transactions on track
* Support Anthony in streamlining processes and improving client experience
What we're looking for:
* Experience in a similar role, ideally in banking, broking support, or professional services
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent communication and client service skills
* A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
* Ability to work independently while supporting a fast-paced, growing business
What we offer:
* Salary $65,000 – $75,000 + super
