Culture Counts
is an evaluation company, with our own survey software platform and associated analytics and reporting services. We help clients to manage streamlined evaluations and use audience and community feedback in an effective and data-driven way.
The Culture Counts Evaluation Platform is being used by leading arts and cultural organisations, local governments, libraries and institutions around the world. Key Australian clients include the Department of Creative Industries, Tourism and Sport (CITS), City of Gold Coast, City of Perth and West Australian Opera.
We're seeking a confident, motivated and personable Client Manager to join our Perth-based team. You'll play a key role in supporting and growing our client relationships, helping organisations get the most out of the platform.
This role will suit someone who enjoys working with people, is comfortable facilitating conversations with clients at all levels and brings strong communication and organisational skills.
Key responsibilities:
· Consulting with a range of clients in the cultural and community sectors to develop and facilitate evaluation plans
· Implementing the Culture Counts evaluation framework and using the platform to create surveys and collect data
· Assisting with client onboarding, including account setup, training and customer support
· Preparing engaging reports, interpreting data and writing copy
· Managing projects from start to finish with attention to detail and timelines
· Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
· Responding to new enquiries, supporting client renewals and selling subscriptions and services
· Maintaining prospective and existing client communications through our CRM system
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will have:

Tertiary education or relevant experience in Marketing, Communications, Market Research, Business or a similar discipline
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills with confidence in presenting and facilitating discussions
·
A proactive, self-driven approach to your work with the ability to manage multiple projects
· Advanced computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
