HOBAN Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and skilled Workshop Fitter to join our client's dynamic team in Regency Park. This role focuses on hydraulic hose, fittings, and driveshaft activities within the branch. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional customer service and contribute to the continuous improvement of operations and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
* Exceed customer service expectations and assist customers promptly.
* Manufacture hydraulic hose and driveshaft assemblies as per customer and branch requirements.
* Participate in annual stocktaking and maintain inventory control.
* Ensure workflow meets customer deadlines.
* Maintain equipment and tooling to optimize branch efficiency.
* Develop and maintain customer relationships to grow the business.
* Communicate effectively with supervisors, sales team, and other staff.
* Maintain branch housekeeping standards according to WHS requirements.
* Support company vision, mission, and values.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Trade certificate or similar experience.
* Must have a current National Police Check.
* Ability to work both unsupervised and as part of a team.
* Physical capability to meet job demands.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Effective communication and negotiation skills.
* Familiarity with IMAS database (desirable).
