**Description**:
The role
This Full Time position ensures ECHO has the right people, with the right skills, in the right roles, at the right time to achieve truly exceptional individualised care. This is an opportunity for a professional and proactive person to work alongside the head of HR to develop his or her knowledge of HR and IR, while making a significant difference to the care of the elderly.
In this position you will support the end-to-end transactional and transformational lifecycle of employment which and will be accountable for:
Recruitment, Onboarding and Induction
Employees files management
Performance Management
Systems Administration, HRIS platform (ELMO)and Reporting
Termination and Exit interview.
Managing traineeship and external training registration
Monthly reporting
Working with operation departments to ensure day to day operations runs effectively.
**Skills and Experiences**:
Essential Criteria
Qualifications, Training and Experience
- Minimum 3 years experience in human resource or recruitment role.
- Previous experience coordinating end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Tertiary qualification (diploma or degree) in HR relevant discipline, and/or equivalent experience human resources and/or industrial relations processes
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Computer skills including but not limited to Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel.
